(1) Probate assistance - This is done by providing you with research of your deceased families assets, Doing a Family tree with the family to ensure all Heirs, then doing an MOU (Agreement) which will tell the facts of the estate, and what the heirs wish to do.
(2) Sub divide of the property based on size and number of heirs envolved. Starting with a draft then moving on to surveyors depending on the wish's of the family. Lot(s) will be done equally and fairly based on mutual family location request or drawn out of a hat.

(3) Deeds to each heirs sub-divided portion of the property - Authorized by the MOU (agreement) and given by the Administrator of the estate to each heir, then each heir shall do one for the administrator for theirs. This completes this process.

(4) Title clearing - If the estate has issues then I shall assist with Clearing of these issues in order that the property may be fee simple and clear. This includes if their are any Fraud issues from previous transactions against the estate.

(5) Fee - I do not take money from Local families, I will accept 10% of one (1) property or equivalent that is in the inventory of the estate. All other properties in the estate inventory shall be distributed as explained above in 1 - 3. The 10% will be discussed with the family for location and in some cases is negotiable depending on how big that property is. *as an example - a 10,000 sqm property would give me 1,000 sqm fee simple. for this I will pay for the attorney's fee's on probates and take care of sub divide maps, as well as ensuring all deeds are done.

(6) Work - I arrange and pay for the attorneys, I deal with PTR companies, Surveyors, and use other research tools like DLNR, DPL. and other Government offices to make the above happen for your family.
